We had an issue with the heat on the Split systems not working over the weekend. They were able to get us on the schedule the next day and were able to get it working. Also recommended cleaning the rollers but no pressure sales. Love this company.

James and sons were very quick to get to my house and troubleshoot my heating problem. Despite discovering a related electrical problem connected to my heating issue, Dale called me after leaving my house, having taken more time with his supervisor to investigate my challenge further. As they knew about the electrical situation from their initial install, He went the extra effort to go get the needed new electrical switch and come back to my house within the hour to fix everything. I was very pleased and grateful. It’s no longer 50 degrees in my house in January! This is my first experience with J & S and I’m very happy. A good first impression. Excellent company. From the phone call to the house call they were seamless, efficient knowledgeable and professional. They are punctual, communicative, giving confidence in their work. They do not try to upsell. We had an issue and he started out with a conservative approach and let us know of it didn’t work, then we would move on to the next step. They have earned all the five star ratings they have.
