I have had them for a a bit and the level of random bugs in and around the property has dropped, as has wasp nests. The only thing keeping me from a full star review is they tend not to call before coming out and just go to work. Sounds good but I get inside the house sprayed also, to prevent bugs and stuff from coming in. They cannot do that if I'm not home so I usually have to have them come twice. This could be reaolved by simply calling the week of and setting up a time. Other than that I haven't had any issues with this company and I've seen no really pest issues either.
I have not had the best experience with Insight mainly due to their customer service. I have waited hours on hold before actually reaching someone. However, today we had Jess come out and he was phenomenal. Not only was kind and explained everything he was doing, he made sure we understood what was being used and how it is beneficial. The customer service my husband and I received from him has made me feel more confident in our choice to use Insight.
This company is the absolute best!! They are prompt friendly & professional and just all together awesome!! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service!! David is the absolute best!! He was on time he was friendly and did and amazing job!! He went above and beyond to service my home and explained everything to me in a manner that i could understand.
