I have been going to Inner Strength Physical Therapy for almost 4 months after my shoulder surgery. My doctor told me that my range of motion is so far advanced that I am at the same level as someone at 7 to 8 months. As for my strength, my doctor told me that I am at the level of someone of 6 to 7 months.I have to give credit to Susan O'Carroll for her virtually pain free stretches and strengthening exercises. I also have to give credit to Leanne for all of her advice and encouragement. Even though she was not my direct therapist she was there for me 100% of the time. Blanca also was encouraging and caring. She always checked up on me every time I came in for therapy....read full review
