Fantastic service! This review was long overdue but after my recent routine service I felt I needed to add my thoughts. Rewind back to the summer time...we had our in-laws coming to stay with us and the upstairs unit decided it was time to be replaced. Not only did they fit us in to have our system replaced under very short notice but the courtesy and professionalism was certainly unmatched when compared to the other companies we have used in the past. Even the owner spent, what seemed to be an hour on over the phone, answering every question I had and talked me out of spending the money on a pricier model because I wouldn't notice a difference in performance due... read full review

My apartment AC went out today so maintenance came and checked, the AC fan was completely out. Maintenance called HVAC StarPlus. They got to my apartment within 30 minutes and had my AC fan changed and working within an hour! Extremely professional, super nice, and prompt service! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with AC or Heating needs! And Chris was absolutely amazing! Thank you guys so much for being so fantastic!Service: AC repair
