Pam is highly skilled and provides a wonderful experience, while Gloria is a reputable color artist with over 20 years of service in Wilmington. Walk-ins are available.
I went today for the first time and it won't be the last. Donna was great, she listened and was able to deliver a great cut...had roots done too!! Great price and great place 😁
