Napa our dog is going on 10 years old and needed to be shaved down one last time as he doesn't get combed weekly with arthritis in my hands and bad back. He loves going here as much as they enjoy grooming him. They told me he is a joy caring for him with his great disposition. He is a lover. When he came out of there he had a bounce in his step and I'm guessing had kisses for his groomer as he usually does. They did say you can make appointments for minis services to have done like, sani shaves and clean ups, nails, ears, and or teeth etc.

Clean, kind, & efficient. She helped us immediately, and was obviously very experienced in what she does. My dog hates getting his nails cut and she was able to accommodate that and was very patient. So pleased to have found her

I took my 80lb pittie who hates baths and my 40lb frenchie who is a friendly potato to Grooming By Jess the first week I moved here. Found her on Google, called and listened to the voicemail, then texted as instructed with pics of my dogs (so hard to choose ONE of each ??)She got back to me that evening. We made an appt, I showed up with the dogs.
