The management and support staff are friendly and helpful, professional at every level. The organizational structure is such that all staff can speak with the owners, Mike and Dorothy, who show true care for their people and offer and encourage training to include professional certifications.
They have clear expectations of the caregivers which make it uncomplicated to provide the service that clients expect and pay for.
