I had a 10.99 coupon that was set to expire and I decided to try Mayfaire location. I waited for nearly 30 min , but when it was my turn, the stylist greeted me and thanked me for waiting. I usually go to Pointe , closer to my home of Hanover. I wish coupons would be directly sent to the app or my phone instead of email. Thank you, willie.

Jarvis Brown!! I have followed this gentleman as a floater and stylist all over Wilmington, NC! Great Clips has great prices...but I love the fact that they have some quality people working for them, like Jarvis! He always brightens my day with a smile, and I don't even need to think about my hair when I sit in his chair! He gets it right consistently! I leave there feeling better about how I look, yes..But more so just spending time laughing and catching up!! He's very personable and honest! Can't beat that!!!

I just got one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, I am beyond happy! I was super nervous going into it, but I was able to ask him a ton of questions and he was very patient and listened to everything (I wish I could remember his full name but I know his initials are JAB lol!) I have the most perfect curled layers that sit just right. I highly recommend this location!
