I had not had a hair cut for about a year….and Brit gave me the most beautiful haircut. People at work noticed and complimented me on how good it looks. She used a Paul Mitchell product that made my 71 year old hair so soft and silky. Many thanks!

I’m usually super hesitant to go to a great clips based on past experiences but this time I had the most amazing experience. I have a lot of long, thick hair so it’s hard to trust people with it sometimes but Jeanie really did it justice. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, as well as being super fun to talk to when I’m normally a quiet person in a salon chair. She was both efficient and took her time and paid attention to detail. I left happy and more confident than I had felt in weeks. I don’t know if she’ll see this, but I really hope she does. :) My mental health hasn’t been the greatest lately and she really made a difference in my life yesterday.... read full review

Jeanne provided excellent customer service from start to finish! She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for my haircut and made sure it turned out just right. On top of that, she was a pleasure to talk to throughout the appointment, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jeanne for her great skills and fantastic customer care!
