I cannot say enough amazing things about Magdy! He was the only HVAC contractor to actually answer the phone during the catastrophe we have been dealing with since Hurricane Florence. He has been on his word to the point, calm and collected in the face of my massive job when a tree fell on my house. Magdy and his coworker came out today, installed the outside and inside unit as well as taking out all of the moldy ductwork. IN ONE DAY! Amazing work! Very highly recommended!
