Decent car wash, although every time I have paid for a package that includes the tire shine - it never actually puts tire shine on my tires and I need to ask them to do it after the wash. Sort of like - do they skimp out on providing it for everybody that pays?The prices went up this month (January 2024) (from $5 to $7 for the basic package), so it’s not worth the drive for me to go there anymore; I’ll just go closer to home now.

Every time I come here to the Porters Neck, Wilmington location, the guys are so EXTRA HELPFUL. Especially Chad! I’ve been here a few times, and they’re always around asking if I need anything and answering any questions ai have with a smile and eagerness to help even with random car questions. With as many car washes in this part of Wilmington I could easily go anywhere but as of today, they earned my loyal business every time I need a car wash Thanks again Chad for being so pleasant and nice today, a rarity to come across in most services I need. Whoever is Chad’s supervisor, give him a raise!

I went to Fins for the first time. The price even after Covid was great and the car wash even greater. The vacuums to clean out your car are easy to use and fully functional. Fins supplies soft terry cloths and windex to clean the inside of your vehicle. But what makes this the best is the employees . Justin went out of his way to return my license and debit card I had mistakenly left behind. I will recommend this car wash to everyone not just for its terrific service but for its terrific people too! I'd give you a 10-star rating but I dont know how to do that.
