Erika's pet grooming provided great pet service. Unfortunately my dog was too aggressive to complete his hair cut. Erika and her staff was very understanding and considerate. I felt really bad about the situation, since he could have injured Erika and her staff, but they tried to be as accommodating as possible, which I really appreciate, but still I as the owner of my dog, I should have know better about my dog's behavior. I made sure to apologize to Erika and her staff right away when I arrive back to pick up my dog. I even attempted to pay Erika and her staff some form of fee for their service, but they politely would not accept my money. This is how understanding they were about my dog situation, which they did not have to be. Ultimately my dog will need training in order to be more calm and less aggressive to be able to get his hair cut. Erika and her staff even suggested that I come back again at another time hoping that my dog would settle down. So they were still very welcoming, which they didn't have to be due to the unfortunate experience I put them in with my dog. At the end, I hope to return back due to Erika and her staff great service and affordable price. Thank you
I took my standard poodle and husky to them and both my dogs loved getting groomed at Erikas grooming , I hace bien to mano different groomers and my dogs were noy happy at Erikas they are sad to llave.... I reccomend this Shop to all my family and friends .... WE LOVE ERIKAS GROOMING !
This place is great. The people here are professional and try their best to do a good job. In my experience, they always do a good job. They are very patient with the dogs and clients that come in. Offer range of services at affordable prices. Several months ago there was a rumor happening about me about things that I suppose to be dead in front of the store that included masturbating across from it. None of it was true, and we're based on outright lies. The things people will do and say to cheat people from what is theirs at clients or robbing us of our homes. Shame on them all but I'm happy to continue to be a great customer for them and encourage you to bring your dogs over or your pets for their grooming needs. My dog is always treated.
