Gave our 1950s stuck mortise entry door lock a new lease on life - proudly complimented the lock after buffing off the layer of paint hiding the original brass! Haha! Not a talker, but highly competent & very professional. It’s a joy to see someone genuinely enjoying what they do! Quick response time. Will use again!

I did not use Elkins but they referred me to another person they vouched for to help in an emergency with a job they were positive the other company could do instead of having Elkins come out. It was an emergency so timing was of the essence.Elkins offered to go above and beyond to help me get ahold of someone to do the job when I had trouble doing so. For their honesty and simply offering to do that instead of making an easy consult fee or something like that, I am thankful and would recommend them to anyone.
