Working with the team at Element was a dream. They nailed the design of our space, flawlessly moved it through the HPC since we are in the historic district, the team was professional & kind onsite, and the communication on the progress of our job was frequent and helpful. The best decision we made was choosing Element to execute our project for us. So excited to use our new, beautiful courtyard!
I can’t say enough good things about Element. I reached out after being ghosted by other company’s and from the first phone call with Amy, to the final walkthrough of our extensive project the communication and work was flawless. Initially, Daniel came out to meet about a design and within 20 minutes he had a rough design sketched on his iPad that was exactly what I was trying to accomplish. From there we worked with Daniel, John, Drew, Sergio and their crews…all phenomenal. We can’t wait to enjoy our new space!
Elements has been maintaining our since January of this year and has exceeded our expectations. You never have to manage their employees. They come weekly and do what needs to be done without being asked. They even cleaned out the areas like behind the garage. They hand weed the garden.The supervisors routinely walk the property to make sure everything is taken care of. When I wanted to fix some irrigation and relocate plants three supervisors arrived and wrote everything down so the project went perfectly. This service is more expensive than the mow and blow services, but you get what you pay for, and I find it's worth the investment.
