I have been going to Dr. Azizi’s office since 2015 and recently have had to have my front teeth repaired multiple times. It hasn’t even been a month and they broke again. I went 3-4 years the first time they were repaired with no issues. The first time they were repaired this year I didn’t even make it home and they broke. This is now the 4th time. I have a very long commute to come to this office, and it’s becoming very inconvenient. I am not sure if the materials being used now are any different, but today it just broke while unpacking after a long trip. I wasn’t eating or drinking anything. Does anyone really love going to the dentist? So far Racine Dental has been a good place. I've only been during Covid-19 and they have you wait in your car before appt and everyone has masks, shields, plastic dividers, etc. All the staff is friendly and my teeth felt great after the cleaning. My hygienist was very personable and professional. I've been in for two cleanings and a crown issue. They were knowledgeable and had to recommend me to a specialist that has worked out great. I like that they don't seem pushy to do more work but make notes to follow-up and watch areas. I'd recommend coming in when they first open because it is quieter. They are open from 7am - 7pm. I did miss getting a teeth goodie bag after my appointment but she gave me flossers.

I feel like RDC presents a nice front but actually takes advantage of people. I never met the main partner, Dr. Azizi, I was seen by Drs. Chapman and Marsh (maiden name Dwyer? she's not listed on their site). Problems I have with this practice: 1) they don't seem to listen to your concerns. 2) if you pay for the in-house insurance, you never receive any invoices or balances. 3) Dr. Chapman had to work on the same cavity twice, & the shoddy work was actually diagnosed by Dr. Marsh. 4. the hygienists give you one of those paper bibs and then spray your entire upper torso with the water pic they use to clean your teeth. I could go on, but save yourself the grief, and just don't go to Racine Dental Care.
