They have this really cool “comfort menu” where you can get a blanket, glasses, headphones etc, for your comfort. however I have gingivitis and nothing was given to me for pain or discomfort. And it was treated as an afterthought. I was told to mix Tylenol even though I’d been doing that.“

“I live in Jacksonville, and used to travel to Sneads Ferry to Smith Family Dentistry because I loved the staff there. Even when they opened a location right down the street from me, I kept driving that 30 minutes. Then Dr. Peachee came along and increased my love for the staff even more. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. That's saying a lot because I'm almost 60, and have always had a mouth full of trouble. So now I travel an hour and 23 minutes, and it's still worth it. The staff at this location is amazing as well. I highly recommend!“

“I bring my elderly mother here. They're always nice and patient with her. They've done multiple procedures and we have no complaints other than I really wish they had more than 1 handicap parking spot. She has a walker and really needs the space that's next to the ramp. 1 visit, another handicap driver decided to illegally park next to us in the white stripes while we were inside, which made it hard for her to get in the car. Another visit, someone who didn't need the ramp parked in the spot and we had to park across the parking lot, which was hard on her. Another time, we got blocked in by someone who wanted to park on the grass behind the handicap spot. It would be really nice to have more than 1 option.“
