I had an issue with a custom build computer that I could not figure out on my own after over a week troubleshooting.
After dropping off my computer the issue was solved in a week.
The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and generous!
I know where to go the next time I run into a technical problem!
I can not recommend Computer Warriors enough!
Went to Best Buy and was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for a return time. Left and went to computer warriors, they took care of me as soon as I walked in the door and had answers for me as within 2-3 days. He immediately was trying to exhaust all options before taking it in to fix. Very sweet and genuine people here who know what they are doing and will not take advantage of you. I had no idea what to do and they helped me through every step and worked with me in terms of retrieving my item as well. 10000% recommend this place and the people. They are amazing!!
I can’t recommend these guys enough. I called in asking if they had any HDMI cords in stock. Willing to pay anything I needed to get one as I was short on time and they were the closest store. They didn’t have any in stock but they had a few extra lying around.
Anthony and the team are simply the best. Super kind and helpful. I will gladly come back and schedule a service if I ever need too. You guys all deserve green lights on the way home and I hope your remotes never get stuck between the couch??
