Contracts stating exactly how the project will be executed and receiving frequent emails and phone calls when subs are scheduled to come by for the work to be completed. Taking the time out of the hectic workdays if there is an emergency to help solve any issues that may have come up in the remodel. Teamwork and communication was spot on.
