John Maynard is a Master at teaching Mixed Martial Arts. He was trained by World Kickboxing Champion Joe Lewis, who was twice voted the Greatest Karate Fighter of all time, and holds black belts from Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris, and Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, to name a few. Although trained by the best, he is a down to earth teacher, very personable, and willing to take the time to teach each student at their own level of learning to bring out their best. Glad I found this place!
This is an amazing place to go. John is an amazing person and the staff and instructors are great people who are down to earth and will help you out and help you get better at what ever it is you want to do. Our daughter took classes there and she could not wait to go every week after school and train. Our whole family went there. Great HIT work outs with Kick boxing classes. The instructors walk around while giving instructions and help people out that might need a little help with form. If you are looking for your kids to train or if you are looking for a gym that will treat like family as soon as you walk through the door, then this is the place for you. Miss you all. Dennis Layman
Excellent staff resides here! Eger to help you and gear you towards the optimum health and martial art forms. Its important for your teachers to be the, " Best of the best" (i stole that from "Top Gun"). Why waste your time learning a perfect art form from an average instructor? You deserve the Best!! Don't put it off joining this family. We're all getting older. Sadly, Self protection is vital in todays world. The police can't be everywhere!
