Carpet Smart was terrific. The sales reps were easy to work with and super-helpful without being pushy. Their pricing beat a competitor by a substantial amount, and we are happy with the quality and appearance of the carpet we selected. The installers were total professionals.
Carpet Smart was easy to work with. They did a beautiful job putting down luxury vinyl in our upstairs and on our stairs. The installers worked quickly, were polite, cleaned thoroughly when they were finished. This is the second time we have used Carpet Smart and I would highly recommend them.
I was compelled to write a review because everyone I interacted with at Carpet Smart was honest, straight forward, and helpful. Installation was a breeze. Plus, it is locally owned and operated! They earned a customer for life.
