Bugs Etc

Been going here off and on since about 2002. Haven't run into a bug problem they couldn't solve yet and doing it DIY through their directions. I would call them to my house before I would probably call other exterminators. But so far everything they have had me do worked so I have been fortunate enough to be able to skip that step ?

Always helpful and stand by their product and service. I went back in 7 months later because I needed to buy more flea Maxx because I saw a few fleas in my apartment. I foster different cats so it's always something I deal with. He told me the flea maxx had a one year guarantee so he gave me another container of flea Max for free,which of course worked like a charm. Was not expecting a business owner to actually stand by their word. I admire his work ethic and how he stands by his word and product. Well, what I can say is that this guy knows a whole lot about bugs, especially the ones in this neck of the woods! He gave clear instruction on how to take care of them and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. That I appreciated mucho!
