Had my 6.5 year old Mac Book Pro battery pack replaced by Duane at Bilzi Mac. Didn’t get a chance to meet the owners, Steve or Sue, but had talked with both when calling to inquire about scheduling and cost (I didn’t want to leave my laptop so we worked out a morning to come in and wait (I actually ran an errand over at Trader Joe’s a couple blocks away). Duane was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and had the job done faster than I expected. Very nice “yankee” (as I am as well) who served our country. Great to support local businesses… My only suggestion is that I talked on the phone to both owners prior to bringing my laptop in for service and neither... read full review

i had a great experience here. the owners are very friendly and helpful. my mac was beyond repair (my fault because i spilled baja blast on it lol) but they still did their best to fix it and even offered me advice for future spills. also, some very friendly dogs greeted me on my way in

Very knowledgeable about Apple products, and very fair pricing! They also provide detailed education on any issues going on with your devices. I learn something new every time I’m there, and actually enjoy going in and talking with the employees. Would choose them over an Apple Store any day. Highly recommend! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
