I'm glad I read all these reviews .So what I'm going to do now is cancel my appt. The last thing I need is doctors who don't care about my mental health. So I would like to thank everyone who took the time to leave an honest review. And another thing. I don't want my mental health appts done through Telehealth. Not unless it's absolutely necessary. And from the reviews I read there not necessary. So, I'm going to go to the first place that has 4.8 stars. I was wondering why the woman said let's see how fast I can get you in the Wilmington Office. I'm not dealing with someone in Raleigh about medications that were prescribed here in Wilmington.

Should have read these reviews before I started going here. Terrible! They have no idea what’s goin goin and no one will help you! They just take your money and never help! Stay away!!

AVIOD THIS PLACE!!!!
I dont understand how this company is even running right now.. EVERYONE needs to go back and check to make sure you and your insurance are being charged correctly. Keep track how how long your appointments really last.
The GIRL at the front desk doesnt care about anything other than keeping her hood on her head, slouched over in the chair cussing out her baby daddy while ordering Buffalo Wild Wings from one of their REPS. I know more about her child being on ADHD meds more than i know or they have even done anything in the 5 weeks we have had an appointment once a week... dont even want to get started on Brianna Makinna!!!!
