Maybe the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m in the process of building a new home and the builder didn’t make any efforts in protecting the home during a rain storm that lasted over a week. I had ASD Environmental come out for an inspection and they confirmed mold, of which I’m severely allergic to. Saved me a very costly mistake for me and my family. But not only that, Scott was extremely helpful and communicative along the process, and quick to jump through the hoops the builder required.
