Working with Bill was great . He was able to price a new transmission just by providing the vin. He also checked the transmission first to make sure it was not something like a bad solenoid . Work was done fast and comes with a great warranty. 5 star
Bill does an honest days work on all transmission repair!! Independent shop is a refreshing change from the usual dealer/national shop. You end up with the same warranty as the dealership for less money!! He is very knowledgeable about everything automotive.
Hands down the best experience I've ever had dealing with an auto repair shop. My truck transmission was replaced for the exact price quoted, which was very, very competitive. It was also done faster than what I was told. Bill did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone. Its hard to find an honest, no BS shop.
