Have had AirMax for several years and extremely happy with the quality of service. We’re blessed to have Howie as our AirMax technician. Howie is very friendly but more importantly he knows what he’s doing. He has come to our AC rescue several times, sometimes at odd hours, and solves the problem quickly and professionally. HOWIE IS THE BEST!!!
Airmax and their technicians are always responsive, professional and helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue, a technician is dispatched in a timely manner and work hard until the issue is resolved. I appreciate the level of service I receive from this solid company.
Two fantastic experiences with AirMax! They installed a complete downstairs system for us this spring. The process was flawless from diagnosis through estimating and planning to installation and setup. Price was competitive and they got us rebates from the manufacturer and Duke Energy that other companies didn't mention,. Tonight the on-call tech (Howie) talked me through getting our upstairs unit going again after the drain pan drain had plugged up and the float switch turned the unit off. Saved us an after-ours service call and got the upstairs cooled off before bedtime! This is an outstanding company-I highly recommend them!
