The pictured I had in my phone of how I wanted my hair was exactly how she did it, little wait time but I didn't mind because I called early that morning and didn't expect her to get me so soon but she did and I am happy with my results

I must have caught them on a bad day..... My overall experience here wasn't the best. I called late in the day and they weren't busy so I got an appointment. I was late, but she was 30 minutes late. Then when I told her not to braid my edges to tight, she got upset and passed me on to another braider! There was originally 3 ladies in there and only one finished it. The First Lady was doing fine, I was just caution about my hair line because it's already fragile ! Then there was roaches ! I was so disgusted and ready to leave but I already paid because they all were ready to leave, hints why I hate paying in advance ! She stayed in the shop until 2:00am finishing my hair...read full review
