I have owned a small repair business here in town for 35 years. I have jumped back and forth using big box stores just out of quickness. Now in the years of pretty much retirement I stumbled across the need for certain materials know one else had besides 84 lumber. What an idiot I have been!!!! Between Kaiden and Nicholas I have never seen the desire to find or educate individuals on the product lines a company carries or can order. I am truly sorry I’m in my last years of business. I have had the worst time finding a replacement front door for my new home. The one I have now is not working out and I called many places in town that didn’t help me at all.

I called 84 Lumber and Kaiden was so helpful, patient, and kind. He wasn’t dismissive at all like all other companies I had talked to. He listened, he told me the easy way I could get quoted, and he replied quickly with the information I was looking for.

I truly appreciate Kaiden’s kindness and attitude. We need more people to be like him. I will absolutely be ordering my door through 84 Lumber.

Was on a quest to match door casing for my 17yr old home. Had been to normal big box lumber yards and then Stopped into 84 Lumber and after reviewing my picture with books we agreed "no match" was going to be found here either..However, rep recommended another local lumber yard whom was close by that I had never heard of and even provided me the address!And YES, new lumberyard was able to match and order me 16' length of door casing!Would not have been possible had 84 Lumber not really wanted to be focused on consumer satisfaction!Job well done 84! Thank you!
