Patients praise the friendly and professional service, particularly from Dr. Leggett and Miss Mary Ellen, who are skilled in preparing frames and lenses. The Williamston location is a popular destination, with patients willing to drive long distances to see Dr. Leggett and her staff.
With most appointments in life things go as usual. The way to judge the heart of a business is to see how things are handled when unexpected things happen. I went to my eye appointment and everything was good. I ordered new frames and lenses. There was a mix up and a sunglasse tent was added to mine. I was helped by a employee named Jerome, I cant say enough positive things about how everything was handled. He did a very in depth investigation to see what happened and also to make sure I was being billed correctly. He did a correction order. That was completed quickly. I met today with Mr. Jerome Graham. He was more than qualified in helping me with my purchase. He helped me get not just another pair of glasses but a pair that fit my personality and boosted my confidence. He was warm welcoming and made me feel like family.
