He asked me for an access fee which turned me off. But then I told him I don't pay access fees and he said OK and that he would be over Friday, July 5 and waited. I finally got a text from him saying that he had to go to his other job at Subway and wasn't coming. He wanted to reschedule but I didn't want to.

Best contractor experience I have had! Jamal actually called me back when I left a message (extra points for that one because I usually have to chase these guys!). He showed up on time, went to work, was pleasant to be around. His work was excellent. Highly recommend!!
