We had a pleasant first contact with VBH in Wilkesboro, NC in meeting Mark Mull. He explained the VBH process and held our hand through it all. Lots of communication in and prompt service.The construction started slowly but it was during the height of COVID. Then the hiring of our beloved Building Manager, Mike Lemaster. He took charge and and construction started moving forward at a faster pace. Mike was a delight to work with. He is kind, even-keeled, patient and courteous. A good listener as well. This was our first home build so we had a million questions along the journey which he answered and gave explanations along with weekly updates with what was completed... read full review
