My family and I have been searching for a temporary living space and we decided that this company builds exactly the style and size we need to be comfortable for the time being! I spoke with Eric and had a great customer service experience! He was very responsive and helpful, willing to answer any small questions we had about out order even after hours! Hopefully the installation process is smooth and goes as great as the ordering process! I appreciate it and I can not wait for delivery!Service: Cabin design & building

The only reason this review merits one star at all is because the sales staff was nice and the quality of the building once I was finally able to get it installed was good. Everything else was one of the most unpleasant experiences around any purchase I have ever made. I signed a contract with them where they stated the site had to be level. I purchased a load of gravel and being there was a structure there previously, there was not much leveling to do, so I just smoothed out the gravel until it looked level enough to me for a metal carport to be installed. The installation staff showed up to put up my building (2 hours late) and rudely told me my site was not level and they were not going to put up my building. I did some more minimal work on the site and a different installation crew came and politely and professionally installed my building, but this second trip (per wording of the contract) cost me an extra $500. I tried calling the manager on 4 different occasions to explain my issue and that I thought I should not be charged the $500 because the contract I signed did not tell me how "level" the site should be and if I had been informed that it had to be perfectly level using a bubble string when I purchased the building then I would have gladly had it that way on the first installation visit. I finally did get a call back from the manager who told be he would look into the matter and call me back....it has been over a month and I am still waiting on that call back and I am still out my $500. There are several businesses in the Wilkes area to purchase metal buildings and I suggest you look for one that puts more emphasis on customer service.Service: Shed installation

Israel and his skilled crew of guys are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently to fix the issues we had and cleaned up the area before they left. Had them fix a competitor's work. If we had known then what we know now, should have never gone across 421. Do yourself a favor in time and money, and hire the guys who will do an outstanding job right the first time. Many thanks and kudos to Israel and his crew!
