Made appointment, got there and they offered us 3 pedicure seats but not together. Asked for gel, got sns polish. Only receive nail trim with manicure. No cuticle care, lotion, or hand massage? 2 mani/2 pedi with "special" polish $196.00.

ManicureThe ladies were very sweet, unfortunately I dont think I’ve been this unsatisfied with my nails before. I just wanted gel with a chrome finish. She said she would need to do this powder dip thing. I look like I have glue ons, given there are like 20 layers of stuff on each nail. Its really fat, it does not look like my nail, it even hurts a bit, idk why. And ai spent 60 bucks, it took a couple of hs and all I wanna do is get back home to get it off. Perhaps this is what the powder dip thing means and I just didn’t know. Either way this was not what I asked for, it wasnt until I got home that I got to really see it. This was my first time visiting and I was very happy with my experience. The salon was clean and the staff friendly. The tools used were either new or sanitized and all the staff were masked and gloved. The chairs were all very comfortable, including the waiting area chairs. My nails came out beautiful! All in all I definitely recommend.
