She is friendly, knowledgeable of the areas and always arrived early to open the home up and turn the lights on and do a little research on it so she would be able to answer any questions that may come up. Moving from Phoenix I was limited on time to view and make a decision but she took the reins once I made the decision and made it a seamless and pain free process.
