1st time requested AC service after seeing great reviews on line. Rick arrived on time and called before his arrival as promised. Rick is very professional and knowledgeable with a good disposition. He took care of the service and fixed a zone issue I was having. Charged me exactly what was done, without any hard sell to buy additional services. Looking forward to working with premier in the future for any AC issues.
