Nobody likes to have surgery, but Dr. Isenstein made me feel comfortable by explaining everything she was going to do in detail. She was also very careful in making delicate stitches for the minimal scarring on the face, which I appreciate. Her assistant(Hannah?) was very comforting and considerate.
I love Dr Borg. She is very caring and personable. I feel very comfortable and relaxed during my exam and treatment. She keeps me informed and reminds me of what my part is after treatment and at home. I trust her fully with my care. The nurse/CMA is always caring and supportive. The staff is friendly and efficient at all my appointments.
The office is clean and comfortable. I arrived early and was taken back within 2- 3 minutes. Dr Isenstein is great! She makes her patients feel very comfortable, even when undergoing surgery. When I had a question later, she responded promptly through the patient portal. I highly recommend!
