From the receptionist to the nurse, Taylor, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Schermehorn was incredibly kind and super attentive. She listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend!!
I always have a great experience with my providers across locations and specialties! My kids also have had wonderful providers and service is always prompt and welcoming to my family. My husband has been trying to get in with a doctor for a few months with no luck so hopefully we will be able to get him switched over soon!
I am receiving amazing care during my pregnancy! This is my first baby so everything seems scary and overwhelming but the care team here is nothing short of amazing! Michelle has done all of my ultrasounds and she’s great at what she does and personable which means a lot. I’ve seen doctors Jackson and Thomas Schermerhorn, both of which take my concerns seriously and are proactive with care. PA Ellie is amazing as well. Karissa at check out desk always does her best to find appointments that work with my fiances schedule which also means a lot because he wants to be able to attend every appointment.
