My unit has never worked. They have been out here countless times. I may have to get my lawyer involved. I even had to pay my electrician to install another fuse box, and it still doesn’t work. They also left a significant portion of my house without a unit at all. I can’t make this stuff up. 15k down the drain.

Paid over 20,000 dollars for a 5 unit mini split system for my house. My biggest 2 complaints would be the craftsmanship of the work and customer service. After the unit was installed i had to call them back numerous times because i kept loosing refrigerant and had to install window units to cool my house after paying 20,000 dollars for a unit. They finally came and fixed the issue which was cheap quick connector fittings for the refrigerant lines. They Also did a poor insulating the lines so i would get condensation leaks in my ceiling. Not an encouraging experience. A/c broke down during a heat advisory. I will say they did answer my call right away and sent someone out the same day, so that was great. However, the positives end there as the technician they sent did not seem confident, did not communicate well, and did not offer me change when I paid him in cash. I don't like to micromanage people when they come to do work in my home, but I do like them to take the initiative with telling me what they are doing and why so I have a better idea of what the problem is (and simply because this is a more transparent way to do business).
