Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The testing was thorough, actually much more thorough than at my ENT. The audiologist was willing to explain everything about my hearing in detail, and answer all my questions. I got to try out a pair of hearing aids, and they were programmed according to my results and it was amazing. I definitely recommend anyone with hearing loss or in need of hearing aids to check them out.
