Enjoyed correspondence with William and Chris in early April. However, we were also disappointed that AHS determined, in conjunction with Comfort Experts, that our HVAC compressor was not coverable. This was based on a guestimate of its pin blowout and refrigerant loss occurring at least 5 months earlier which conveniently made it a 'preexisting' issue. While it may have occurred prior to the February Winter storms and we still had heat strip warmth, it was not until February that we noticed an upstairs temperature issue. I had forgotten the lady's name that came to do the Service Maintenance on our HVAC, but she did an excellent job. Did not take her long to check everything out and stated that it was in great shape. Thanks again for your help!
