“Culter Creed, Creed & Garner, and the roofing crew were all outstanding. Cutler got up on the roof and did a thorough inspection of our existing roof to provide both a repair and a replacement quote. The quote and the installation were both done in a timely manner. And Creed & Garner work closely with USAA Insurance, which is very important to us. The installation is what really wowed us. The day before the installation, the materials arrived and were carefully placed on a corner of the driveway near the house. The next morning, the crew arrived bright and early around 7am and were a well-oiled machine!!! Every person on the crew knew exactly what their role was and they all just performed their task without any talking in between. The materials were hoisted to the roof on a ladder mechanism, and I assumed they were just getting the materials up on the roof before they started. However, they were doing the roof replacement nearly as quickly as they could get the materials on the roof!!! They were finished shortly after all the material was hoisted onto the roof. AND they all participated in the cleanup both during and after the installation. When they were gone, which was just about lunchtime, you would have never known they were there...except for the gorgeous, expertly installed, new roof they left behind!!!!
