“On Jan 3 2022 our house was hit by a tornado. Herring had been called by someone in the neighborhood to have their roof looked at to ensure there was no damage. When Herring saw the damage to my house and several others, they offered to help by tarping up our house. They were very clear that they wanted to help and that they wouldn't charge us to tarp up our house even if we chose not to have Herring do the repairs. We ended up choosing Herring to do our repairs, they made the process easy even though I'm sure I wasnt always the easiest to work with. They went above and beyond with all of the work they did and made our house look even better than it did before the damage. All the repairs looked great, and any concerns we did have were taken care of.As young homeowners we were concerned about being taken advantage of. As we worked with Herring we were quickly put at ease. The owner and all of the employees were very honest and trustworthy.
