Harry is very helpful and thorough! He spends a great deal of time conducting the inspection (if I remember correctly, he only takes on one inspection per day to dedicate as much time as needed to insure a proper inspection). The reports, feedback, and guidance he produces are very detailed, but easy to understand. He is also very clear with the issues you should prioritize. Most importantly, I am confident that I have a good understanding of the condition of the home due to Harry's work. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home in the area!
