Ashley Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job! Matched our 26 year old hardwoods perfectly. David and Jordyn were wonderful to work with, coordinating each process. From demo to resetting the furniture, Chris and John were great. Rico was absolutely amazing installing the hardwoods and O’Neil did a great job matching the color.
I am excited to update this review when we get home to see our floors, but I have been so impressed with the professionalism of Ashley hardwoods that I wanted to leave a review now because this kind of customer service is so rare.
When Jordyn and Tom from Ashley Hardwood arrived at our home early Monday we could not have been more impressed with the exchange. They assured us they would drape our other room the living room opens to, helped me select the best color for the hardwoods, and offered to move the final items from my boys’ closet because I didn’t realize they would sand there.
