They arrived within the time window given and service was quick, professional, and affordable! It was lovely to chat with Trisha while her husband fixed my washing machine. I highly recommend this place if you're in need of appliance repair :) they do great work!
Tom and his assistant responded the same day, scheduled the next day, called when on their way, arrived on time, listened to our assumptions based on events, diagnosed the issue, checked all other additional possibilities, cleaned the dryer floor, motor box top and outside vent and charged LESS than the estimate. But the real reason for the superior rating is because of the way we were treated and communicated with from start to finish. We will be calling on App Appliances again.
I have used Appalachian Appliances Co. twice and they have delivered both times. Repaired Bosh dishwasher & a Whirlpool refrigerator for a fraction of the cost of a new one's. Thank you
