Appalachian Appliance Co Inc. rules. Friendly service by Edna at the shop and friendly, expert technical service on our Samsung fridge by George. Reasonable rates and do precisely what they promise. I hope our fridge doesn't need any more service, but if it does I will absolutely call the good people at Appalachian Appliance Company, Inc.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great family run business. After dealing with Kelly’s Appliance Repair and him wasting my time waiting for a no show appointment for four hours, Appalachian Appliance was a breath of fresh air and came to fix what Kelly’s Repair was hired to do but blew us off. Appalachian Appliance was totally professional, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and fixed the problem correctly the first time. Kudos to this first rate company!!
