We had an issue at our children's gym and it was of course after hours. They were there within 15 minutes and worked for hours to get some toilets unclogged. They communicated the whole time and explained everything in a way we understood. They came back the next day to finish the problem and were absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend them!
Definitely five stars for every step of the way from the initial phone call to Thomas and Noah arriving on time, being professional and proficient in completing the new water heater install, and cleaning up when they were done and then to have Charity call to see if we were satisfied with the job and needed anything else was icing on the cake! We will definitely call Plumbing Knights again if needed! Thank you all at Plumbing Knights!!
Techs are very thorough and professional. Needed 2 outside hose spigots replaced and was completed very quickly. I also had them check my water heater and got a replacement quote from them. It’s 25 years old so will certainly be giving them a call very soon. Great company!
