Very knowledgeable, fully equipped man showed up as scheduled and told me exactly what I needed to know. I wound up doing the job myself but was overjoyed to pay the "estimate fee" of 100. Will call again.

Basically replaced the house's entire plumbing system. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. Cannot say enough good things about the Service Manager, Marcus. PKI has my strongest recommendation.Services: Toilet repair
