We contacted Pinehurst Plumbing for some work after closing on our new home, and the experience was great from start to finish. The office was easy to work with and communicated well when setting up the appointment. Kevin, the owner, showed up on time and took care of everything we needed, including replacing a leaking seal on a toilet.
He really went above and beyond when we asked if he thought there might be any damage to the subfloor. He climbed down into the crawl space to check — even though the access point was about as far from the toilet as it could possibly be — and did it all with a smile. I needed to have a cutoff for a new refrigerator and the old copper line replaced. Kevin was prompt to respond with a quote for the job. I accepted and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. He arrived on time, did a great job, tested his work & cleaned up his work space. Couldn't be happier. Than you Kevin for doing another great job.
Wonderful experience. Kevin replaced a leaky saddle valve and installed a leak detection device. Great prices, great communication, we will be calling Pinehurst Plumbing for any future issue or installations. :)
