Elite Nails is a clean, sanitary, and beautifully decorated salon with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The staff is skilled, professional, and goes out of their way to be helpful, making clients feel welcome and cared for, including with special safety considerations. Many customers are very happy with their beautiful nails and frequent the business regularly, calling it a 5-star experience and a keeper. However, some have reported difficulty getting appointments, calling repeatedly only to be told they are busy. The salon also offers easy parking.
I’ve been coming to Elite Nails for 20 years! It’s the only place I trust to take care of my natural nails. They have always taken care of me and provide exceptional service. Tammy and Vickie are wonderful! Make an appointment ahead of time as they stay booked because of their established clientele.
My wife and I have used the nail services of this salon
for several years .As an older couple in our mid nineties and with limited mobility we appreciate the easy parking, the beautiful interior decor but what is outstanding are the skills of the staff.We always feel welcome and they take special care for our happiness and safety escorting us out to our car to be sure that we are safe and do not fall.Definitely a 5 star experience.
I want to know how anyone gets an appointment here. I've called for 2 weeks and she says they're busy. I ride over there. There's not a car in the parking lot. I look in the window they're not doing nothing but yet she tells me. Oh I can see you Saturday Every time I call, it's the same story.
