I called to get an idea of cost, how to set up service, etc. I had to ask lots of questions as the woman on the phone wasn’t exactly helpful in providing information. It’s a shame because I wanted to use them, they could work me in sooner and had comparable rates to other companies, but honestly, after that first interaction I decided to go with another company.
