Liberty Home Care and Hospice

Liberty Hospice has been a lifesaver for my Mother and our family. There are many people who are actively working to understand our needs and what is best for Mom. Amecia Gordon did a great job of getting the initial paperwork and hospice placement in the Bloomsbury at Hayes Barton Place set up. The first day Kehinde Peralte showed up and explained how it works and she continues manage the various components of care. We also appreciate Mayvelyn Ramos for her several times a week visits and update calls to keep me calm and in touch with the status of Mom's vitals and medical issues. I cannot say enough good things about the care my wife received from Liberty Hospice or the support, help and quick responses I got when I called for help or advice. Five stars PLUS with all of my thanks.

I found Liberty Hospice just by googling hospice agencies. My family was previously working with an agency that was not providing the best of care for our loved one. I called Liberty Hospice to explain the situation and the request to switch agencies. The RN administrator was super nice and understanding. Within hours we had an RN and Social Worker show up to the home to do an intake for services.
